This course will teach you all the techniques you will need to have a confident and empowering birth experience, to support and aid you for the kind of birth that you want to achieve! 

We cover a range of topics such as the physiology of birth, breathing techniques, labour positions, birth partner support, the importance of labour hormones, how to create your perfect birth environment, birth planning and relaxation techniques. The classes also cover how to know you're in labour and what to do, what to expect at the hospital, routine procedures, interventions and more!
