This course will teach you all the techniques you will need to have a confident and empowering birth experience, to supoort and aid you for the kind of birth that you want to achieve!

We cover a range of topics such as the physiology of birth, breathing techniques, labour positions, birth partner support, the importance of labour hormones, how to create your perfect birth environment, birth planning, relaxation techniques and much more!
